Special Operations (When characters are facing right)
FRONT GROUND STEP Tap the Joystick .
Character stops after a determined distance, and attacked anywhere during the step.
BACK STEP Tap the Joystick .
Character stops after a determined distance, and attacked anywhere during the step.
GUARD CANCEL FRONT STEP Tap the Joystick or press BC together when guarding.
* Consume Power Gauge.
Consumption increases when pressing BC together.
GUARD CANCEL ATTACK Press CD together when guarding.
* Consume Power Gauge.
BIG JUMP Tap the Joystick any of briefly + any of .
or
Tap the Joystick any of during dash.
NORMAL BODY TOSS Press AB or CD together.
BODY TOSS EVASION As soon as thrown by the opponent, press AB or CD together in the same buttons that the opponent presses.
BREAK - FALL Press AB together at the same moment of landing.
SPECIAL MOVES Different command input for every character.
SUPER SPECIAL MOVES Different command input for every character.
* Consume Power Gauge.
EXCEED Different command input for every character under a determined stamina.
Available only once per opponent.
RAZZER Press Start Button.
The Power Gauge of the opponent will be increased.

GROUND STEP SYSTEM
Make full use of the "FRONT GROUND STEP"!
It is a short dash: Tap the Joystick .
And an attack can be done anytime during a step!
The "GUARD CANCEL FRONT STEP" is available when guarding: Tap the Joystick or press BC together.

MAX ACTIVATION
The Groove Power Gauge System is so cool!
You can accumulate the power gauge up to 3 levels during a battle.
The power gauge increases when an attack is done or an opponent's attack is blocked.
When it becomes Maximum, MAX ACTIVATION automatically begins.
(For a certain seconds before the timer becomes 0)
Also, in accordance with each of the Gauge Levels, the following Power Gauge consumption action becomes possible:
Groove Power Gauge
[LVL.1] "Super Special Move", "Guard Cancel Attack" and "Guard Cancel Front Step"
[LVL.2] "Super Special Move", "Guard Cancel Attack" and "Guard Cancel Front Step"
[MAXIMUM] "Super Special Move", "Guard Cancel Attack", "Guard Cancel Front Step" and "Cancel Anywhere".

EXCEED
Aim for a cruncher turn-around with the "EXCEED"! It is a great attack that surpasses Super Special Moves.
You can use it when the power gauge is less than half.
Available only once per opponent! Keep this in mind!!
